TRAINING OPTIONS

1 ON 1 STRENGTH
AND PERFORMANCE
TRAINING

Training designed specifically for the individual athlete.  1 on 1 training begins with an evaluation to determine specific deficiencies and or compensations in movement.  From there, a custom program will be developed that is tailored to the individual and progressed appropriately with 1 on 1 coaching through each workout, two to three times per week.  Whether you are preparing for a career in law enforcement, a selection process, a sport specific high school or collegiate athlete or just want to optimize your performance for the long run, 1 on 1 training will deliver the best results.

INDIVIDUAL
AND GROUP
TRAINING

These programs are specifically designed to cover all aspects of what it takes to train like an athlete, tactical or otherwise.  The goal here is to give you the tools necessary to train on your own.  Performance qualities like proper breathing, movement patterns, acceleration, deceleration, change of direction and force production are taught using a ground up approach.  Each training session is narrowly focused on one quality.  The 6- and 9-week programs simply progress these qualities by adding and properly teaching high quality resistance exercises, speed and agility and plyometric drills.

TACTICAL
READINESS
SEMINARS

Designed for law enforcement agencies.  The one-day (8 hour) seminar is lecture only, touching on a wide range of topics to improve an officer’s readiness and resilience to increase the longevity of their career and beyond.  Stress mitigation, sleep performance and physical training are just a few of the items that will be discussed.  The two-day seminar adds practical applications of physical training to include proper movement techniques and exercise selection.  Each one day and two day seminar can be modified to fit the specific needs of the agency.
